In case of a major incident/unavailability of the PDS2 APIs according to RTS article 33(1), the TPP may take the following actions:
- Report the major incident to email@example.com or phone +47 815 00 810.
The incident report must contain reference to bank, PSD2 API and enclosed a complete request and response for unique reference to the incident.
The TPP will receive timely notification of measures to restore the PSD2 APIs from the critical incident management team.
- If the TPP wants access to alternative options, contact the bank during opening hours at to get guidelines.
When using alternative options, the TPP is required to report according to RTS article 33(5).
In case the bank discover unavailability of the PDS2 APIs according to RTS article 33(1), the bank will inform the active TPPs about measures to restore the PSD2 APIs. Notification to the TPP will be sent to the email address registered in Preta (operational contact).
